Flag Football is a fun, fast, and non-contact version of American football, making it an inclusive activity suitable for everyone, even from a young age.

The objective : advance down the field and score a touchdown by reaching the opponent’s end zone.

But here, there are no tackles : defenders must pull one of the two flags attached to the ball carrier’s belt to stop the play.

The game is played between two teams of 5 players on a smaller field, ensuring high intensity, spectacular plays, and smooth gameplay. It’s a dynamic sport that enhances speed, agility, strategic thinking, and team spirit.

Flag football is winning hearts with its fast pace, spectacular plays, and strong team spirit. The sport is currently experiencing rapid growth in France and around the world, with international recognition further strengthened by its upcoming inclusion in the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

In France, the French Federation of American Football (FFFA) is actively structuring and developing the sport with the support of numerous clubs and dedicated volunteers. At the international level, the International Federation of American Football (IFAF) oversees major competitions such as the European and World Championships.
